A Treasure Trove in Galway City Brought to Life Online

Ór Jewellery, located in the heart of Galway, is a treasure trove of unique jewellery from designers all over the world as well as the most talented Irish Designers of our time.  June marked our second birthday as well as the launch of our much-anticipated website.

Behind the success of this stunning jewellers are mother and daughter duo, co-owner Tracy Sammon and her daughter Jade Sammon who manages the store.  They both share a love of jewellery and fashion which has resulted in a boutique that caters for all tastes, occasions and budgets.

As the name suggests, Ór Jewellery has a vast selection of Gold jewellery.  We constantly strive to offer our customers pieces that are unique and different from what you would expect to find in other jewellers.

When asked to describe the store in a few sentences, Tracy summed it up by saying 'Our look is not something you would find in most jewellers.  Our ranges include everything from handmade delicates from Portuguese designers Sopro to very unusual statement pieces from Greek designers Katerina Vassou.  We are proud to say that we are exclusive stockists for designers such as MelanO, Katerina Vassou, Pig 'OH, Soru to name a few.  We work extremely hard to keep our collections fresh, sourcing new designers each season'

Supporting Irish Designers is very important to Tracy and the team.  Some of the most popular collections are from the likes of Galway jewellery designer, Lynsey De Burca and Aine Breen from Wexford.

Tracy and Jade attend International Trade Shows multiple times a year as a way of keeping up with ever-changing trends, ensuring that their regular customers see different and exciting new collections multiple times throughout the year.

Speaking of their newly launched website, Tracy says "Moving to an online platform has been a natural progression for us.  With customers from all over Ireland and Europe, we were receiving regular messages via social media with requests to post orders to customers who were not based in Galway.  We are very excited to bring our store to life online.  As with the store, we will constantly be changing our offering to keep the website as fresh as our store"

Tracy and Jade also have a wonderful team, who share their passion for jewellery and fashion, coupled with first class customer service.  Ór Jewellery is open 7 days a week and can be found online on orjewellery.ie
