Returns and Exchange Policy
Online Purchases:
We offer refunds or exchanges for online purchases returned within 14 days, as long as they meet the return conditions.
Return & Refund Conditions:
To be eligible for a return or refund, your item must:
✔ Be unworn and unused, in the same condition as received
✔ Be returned in the original packaging, along with the completed return form
Online Exchanges:
If you're not satisfied with your purchase, we can offer an exchange for online orders, subject to stock availability and approval.
In-Store Purchases:
Refunds are not available for in-store purchases. However, exchanges are possible for full-priced items, subject to stock availability.
Sale Items: All sale items are considered final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.
In-store Exchanges:
We can offer exchanges for full-priced items in-store for another product or issue the value as a gift card. Exchanges are subject to stock availability and approval.
Non-Refundable Items:
X Earrings (for hygiene reasons)
X Gift cards & vouchers (non-returnable)
X Sale items (cannot be refunded)
X Sunglasses (cannot be refunded)
X Jewellery that has been altered, engraved, or otherwise modified after purchase by an external company (not eligible for repair, return, exchange or credit note)
Postage & delivery costs are not included in credit notes or gift cards.

Maie Sunglasses:
Please note that all Maie Sunglasses are final sale. They are not eligible for refunds, exchanges, or store credit both online and in-store.
Returning Your Item
- We recommend sending returns via registered mail, as we cannot take responsibility for lost or damaged deliveries.
- You must fill out the return form and include it with your return. Without this form, we will not be able to process your exchange or issue store credit.
- The cost of return postage is the customer’s responsibility.
- Once we receive your return, we will process your exchange or issue store credit promptly.
Important Notice: Please note that any jewellery purchased in-store or online that has undergone external work, such as engraving, resizing, or modification by a third party, is no longer eligible for repair, refund, exchange, or store credit. Ór Jewellery cannot accept responsibility for damage or faults that occur as a result of such alterations.
