Shipping
Yes, we ship to Ireland, Europe, Canada and USA. Shipping costs will apply and will be added at checkout.
It depends on where you are in the world. Orders for delivery within Ireland will take no more than 7 business days to arrive. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 6-10 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.
We use all major carriers and local courier partners.
Once we have shipped your order, we will email you a tracking number so you can keep track of your delivery if you pay for shipped tracking.
Otherwise, it is standard shipping with no tracking number.
Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
Online Purchases:
We offer refunds or exchanges for online purchases returned within 14 days, as long as they meet the return conditions.
Return & Refund Conditions:
To be eligible for a return or refund, your item must:
✔ Be unworn and unused, in the same condition as received
✔ Be returned in the original packaging, along with the completed return form
Online Exchanges:
If you're not satisfied with your purchase, we can offer an exchange for online orders, subject to stock availability and approval.
In-Store Purchases:
Refunds are not available for in-store purchases. However, exchanges are possible for full-priced items, subject to stock availability.
Sale Items: All sale items are considered final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.
In-store Exchanges
We can offer exchanges for full-priced items in-store for another product or issue the value as a gift card. Exchanges are subject to stock availability and approval.

Returning Your Item
We recommend sending returns via registered mail, as we cannot take responsibility for lost or damaged deliveries.
You must fill out the return form and include it with your return. Without this form, we will not be able to process your exchange or issue store credit.
The cost of return postage is the customer’s responsibility.
Once we receive your return, we will process your exchange or issue store credit promptly.

Repairs
We understand how important your jewellery is to you, and we're here to help if something goes wrong. Here’s what you need to know:
Solid Gold Jewellery
Our solid gold jewellery comes with a 1-year warranty covering manufacturing defects. If your piece is deemed faulty, we’ll do our best to provide a replacement.
Gold-Plated and Silver Jewellery
Gold-plated and silver pieces are covered by a 6-month warranty under the same conditions.
Out of Warranty?
If your jewellery is outside the warranty period, don’t worry, repairs may still be possible for a small fee. Simply fill out our returns form to start the process. Please note that customers are responsible for return postage costs.
In-Store Assessment
You can also bring your jewellery to our shop at 42 William Street, Galway, H91 XR71, where a team member will assess it in person.
Repair Turnaround Time
Repairs typically take up to 6 weeks to complete.
