Returns and Exchange Policy

We want you to love your purchase, but if for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, we offer a 14-day returns policy from the date you receive your order.

Condition: All returned items must be in perfect condition and in their original packaging.
Earrings: For hygiene and health and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on earrings.
Full-Priced Items: We offer exchanges or store credit for full-priced items purchased in-store. Please note that we do not offer refunds.
Sale Items: Sale items are final sale and are not eligible for return, exchange, or store credit.

Returning Your Item

We recommend sending returns via registered mail, as we cannot take responsibility for lost or damaged deliveries.
You must fill out the return form in order for us to process your return.
The cost of return postage is the customer’s responsibility.
Once we receive your return, we will process your exchange or issue store credit promptly.
